Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef with a strong background in butchery to lead our culinary team. Prior Executive Chef experience is a plus, but if you're a rising star with the drive and ambition to make some serious culinary waves in Boston, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Crafting mouthwatering menus that will make your taste buds sing.
Running a tight ship in the kitchen (without losing your cool).
Mentoring and inspiring your team (and maybe even sharing a few of your secret recipes).
Sourcing the freshest, most delicious ingredients (and building relationships with our local purveyors).
Ensuring every dish that leaves our kitchen is a masterpiece.
And most importantly, having a good time while you're doing it.
Qualifications:
Culinary skills that would impress even the most discerning foodie.
A deep understanding of food cost control (because let's be honest, budgets matter).
Excellent communication skills (because even chefs need to talk sometimes).
A passion for food that's contagious.
A thick skin (because kitchens can get intense, but we'll always have your back).

From greeting guests, serving food from the counter, and running the register to re-stocking pastries, prepping for drinks, and making beautiful lattes and signature bowls, you’ll create a welcoming and connective experience for every customer. This role is perfect for someone who is attentive, friendly, and passionate about food, culture, and community.
